CV data handling
When you upload a CV for AI parsing, the file is processed in-memory to extract text and is never stored on our servers. The extracted text is sent to OpenAI for parsing and the response is shown to you for review before anything is saved to your profile.
AI processing disclosure
Resume summaries, skill suggestions, cover letters, and portfolio copy are generated using OpenAI's API. Generated content is never saved automatically — you review and approve it before it's stored.
Data retention
Your profile, resumes, and shortlist data are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support.

You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@employerflow.app.
